The Crystal Group LLC was formed in 1998 and commenced its relationship with Kryton International, Inc. Operations began in the New York area with The Crystal Group becoming Kryton's sole installer and distributor of Integral Crystalline Waterproofing (ICW) products, coatings, sealers and construction systems.
Kryton's systems for surface treatments, including cold joints, crack repairs, and admixtures for integral treatments of concrete structures, quickly became a new industry standard.
The success of our program resulted in Kryton International awarding The Crystal Group with increased territory to expand operations and provide stronger benefits to our customers. Expanded operations have resulted in improved warehousing, multi-regional technical expertise, and widened market penetration. The Crystal Group's accomplishments have provided excellent exposure to the public of Kryton's products in the construction market. We have helped to achieve important advances in acceptance of this product and technology. Our strategy of securing successful relationships with construction clientele, along with marketing and technical services, has developed a significant and satisfied customer base. A dedication to service and unsurpassed performance has produced a customer base that is still with The Crystal Group to this day.
